Studio Policy & Terms

   Your photos are yours

   The photos are yours to keep and enjoy — print them, share them, post them wherever you like. Because you take them yourself in our self-photo studio, you're the one behind the camera, and we're happy for you to use them freely for personal purposes.

   We keep your files for 60 days

   After your session we store your digital files securely so you can download them, and come back for a re-download if you need. Sixty (60) days after your session we permanently delete them from our systems — so please save your favourites before then.

   Your privacy

   To manage your booking we collect only what we need: your name, contact details and payment record. We use this to run your session and, if you've opted in, to stay in touch. We never sell your information. To have your details removed, just email us.

   In the studio

   Please arrive on time, as sessions run to a schedule. Handle our props, costumes and equipment with care, and shoot with the setup exactly as it is — the camera, lighting, angle and height are pre-set by our photographer for the best result. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, and pets are welcome under close supervision. For everyone's comfort, please keep the space tidy, enjoy food and drinks outside the shooting rooms, and let our staff know about any spills or breakages.

   Booking, payment & changes

   Bookings are confirmed once payment is made. You're welcome to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session; changes inside 24 hours may not be refundable. If you're running late, we'll do our best to fit you in, though your session may be shortened so the next booking isn't affected.

6. 6

   Using your images is always optional

   We'd love to feature your photos, but we'll only ever use them for marketing if you've given separate, written permission on our Image Use Consent form. Choosing not to changes nothing about your session or your photos — and you can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
