You get a private room with professional lighting, a camera on a stand, a big live-view screen and a remote shutter in your hand. You pose, you press, you retake as many times as you like — no photographer watching. Afterwards you pick your favourite shots, we retouch them, and you leave with prints.

Of course. We'll walk you through the room, the remote and the lighting before your session starts. After that the room is all yours — and we're just outside if you need anything.

Our signature sessions are made for one, two or three people, and you can add extra participants — or a well-behaved pet — when you book. Bringing a bigger family or group? Just message us; our large room comfortably holds up to twelve.

Signature sessions run 20 minutes and our maternity and newborn specials run 30. We book in one-hour slots so there's time to settle in, change outfits and never feel rushed — and you can add extra time when you book. There's no room to choose; we set you up in whichever of our two rooms suits your group on the day.

Yes — your session time is yours to use however you like, and there's a private changing room for outfit changes. Our shooting rooms have security cameras for everyone's safety, so please change in the changing room rather than in the studio. Keep an eye on the clock, or add extra time when you book.

Kids, absolutely. For pets, please message us before booking so we can prepare the room — small, well-behaved companions are usually fine.

Whatever feels like you. Solid colours photograph beautifully against our white walls and timber floor; classic tones suit the warm, timeless look of our retouching style.

Everything — the camera, lighting, angle and height — is pre-set by our professional photographer for the most flattering, consistent result, so it stays as it is on the day. That's exactly what makes self-photos here turn out so well: you get a studio-quality setup and just focus on your poses and expressions.

Please enjoy any food and drinks just outside the studio — eating and drinking isn't allowed in the shooting rooms, so the space and equipment stay lovely for everyone.

Fast — your printed photos are usually ready to take home within about 30 minutes of your shoot, so you walk out holding them. A download link for your edited photos also follows by email within 24 hours, and you can add the full session JPG set when you book. Only a very large number of photos or Photoshop retouching takes a little longer.

We're at 42 Washing Lane, Perth — a quiet laneway in the heart of Northbridge, just off Newcastle St. Street parking and City of Perth parking are nearby, and we're a short walk from the Perth Busport and train station.
